Duties in our client’s dealership:
* Managing parts supply for workshops and the front counter
* Providing excellent customer service, advising on parts availability and specifications
* Communicating effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Maintaining accurate customer and order records
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
* Supporting the parts department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Assisting with stock management and inventory control
* Contributing to a positive and professional dealership environment
Specification:
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Experience in parts retail or an automotive service environment (preferred, but not essential)
* Customer-focused with a professional approach
* IT literate, familiar with web-based systems and Microsoft Office
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Valid UK driving licence holder
* Enthusiastic about developing their career in the motor trade
