Circa £40,000 - £45,000
About the role:
Join our Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement Financial Promotions team! We seek a flexible, resilient Financial Promotions professional with experience in the Financial Services industry, familiar with promotions, rules, and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Review and approve financial promotions and communications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and FCA & ASA rules.
2. Ensure good customer outcomes and maintain a compliant audit trail with appropriate evidence and stakeholder approvals.
3. Handle diverse products, journeys, and mediums, adapting to different types of communications while following established processes.
4. Contribute to training and guidance materials within a collaborative team environment.
5. Act as the first point of contact for specific business areas, providing guidance and training as needed.
6. Build relationships with Customer & Marketing and Product teams for efficient processes.
Skills and experience required:
* Deep understanding of FCA and ASA rules related to Financial Promotions/Marketing.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in Financial Promotions within the Financial Services sector.
* Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Level 3 qualification in CII Financial Planning or working towards it.
