An exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor / ER Specialist, 6 Month FTC – could extend or lead to permanent. You will providemercially focused advice and support to managers across the business, ensuring that employee relations and people practices are managed effectively, legallypliant, and aligned with organisational goals. Working closely with the People Business Partner, this role will play a key part in driving change, building organisationalpetence, and enhancing engagement. Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support to managers onplex employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and legallypliant oues.
2. Change Management: With the support of the People Business Partner, advise and guide managers on change programmes such as restructures and changes to terms and conditions of employment. Ensure changes are effectively introduced, legallypliant, and wellmunicated.
3. Organisational Development: Contribute to building organisationalpetence and engagement through proactive HR initiatives and support.
4. HR Efficiency: Work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function, identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
5. Project Delivery: Support the delivery of key HR and people-related projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and oues add value to the business.
6. Systems & Processes: Assist managers in the effective use of people and culture systems and processes, providing guidance and training where necessary.
7. There will be an opportunity to support with succession planning and rolling out a new appraisal process.
Skills & Experience
8. You must have experience as an HR Advisor / ER Specialist in a fast-pacedmercial organisation, where you have managedplex ER cases from end-end.
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.You must be able to start with no more than 4 weeks notice.
