Job Description Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate) Location : Northampton Salary : £65,000 to £85,000 Experience : 5 years PQE (guide) Our client is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join their Northampton office as part of the next phase of growth for the team. This is a leadership-leaning role for someone who is confident running matters independently and is ready to take on more responsibility in team development. You’ll have the chance to shape how the team works, support junior colleagues, and play a visible part in growing the practice. A willingness to get involved in business development is helpful, but the real focus is on leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to engage with new contacts and the wider firm. What You’ll Be Doing You will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for employer clients and also supporting employee matters.
