A reputable law firm based in Warrington is looking to appoint an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive to handle a caseload of pre- and post-litigated RTA claims involving subrogation and credit hire, for high-net-worth clients and insurers.
Role Overview:
* Manage your own caseload of motor claims (pre- and post-litigation)
* Liaise with credit hire companies and insurers
* Take a proactive approach to recoveries, litigating where necessary
* Ensure a high standard of client care and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years claimant motor litigation experience (subrogation/ULR essential)
* Strong working knowledge of CPR, litigation processes & credit hire
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Proclaim experience desirable
