If you have experience in childcare and leadership, we want to hear from you. The Role: We are seeking three shift leaders to join the team in our new therapeutic home in Newhaven. The successful candidates will work under the direction of the Management Team to lead an effective service in supporting our children on a day-to-day basis with a range of complex therapeutic needs.
