As a Call Centre Assistant, you don’t need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

* Answering calls / Booking Appointments
* Diary Management
* Communicating effectively with customers and clinicians
What we’re looking for?

* Passion for delivering great customer service
* Organised
* Active listener
* Ability to work in a team
* Previous experience in optics
