About the company:

Our client is an innovative medical devices manufacturer that drives its products through a network of distributors.

We are looking for a new Distributor Account Manager, based in the offices in Bradford.

The Distributor Account Manager will be responsible for constant communication with the distributors, understanding their needs and ensuring all queries are managed.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, acting as the key point of contact and support for all commercial and marketing activities.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential distributor accounts to increase product sales and market presence.
* Support distributors by providing the information, training and resources
* Coordinate and implement promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth through distributor channels.
* Work with distributors to ensure products achieve optimum visibility and positioning on their websites, catalogues and marketing materials.
* Monitor and analyse distributor performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
* Liaise with internal colleagues in sales, marketing and product management to ensure distributor activities align with company objectives.


Candidate Profile

* High level of communication skills
* The ability to identify opportunities to increase the companies identity
* Happy to multitask
* Having worked within a B2B environment
* The most important attribute in the candidate is the ability to build strong commercial relationships.
* Having experience of managing distributors or channel management would be advantageous.

This role is predominantly office-based (approximately 75%), with some travel required to meet distributors and attend key meetings and exhibitions.
