Role Description
We are seeking a driven, curious and impactful Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team.
This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle management of our market leading product portfolio. You will be a product champion within a team responsible for ensuring they remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will span performance monitoring, pricing strategy, and providing expert support to all our sales channels to drive growth. You will shape product strategy, define customer needs, prioritise features, and work cross functionally to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that align with our
commercial goals and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
In-Life Product Management:
* Develop and manage the in-life product roadmap, identifying opportunities for
enhancements, feature updates, and service improvements to maintain market
relevance.
* Act as the subject matter expert for your products, providing insight and analysis to
the wider business.
* Oversee the product lifecycle, managing the process for product retirement and
migration where necessary.
* Work closely with technical, operational, and service teams to resolve in-life issues
and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Gather and interpret customer insights, industry trends, and competitor analysis to
inform product decisions.
Pricing and Commercials:
* Develop and execute pricing strategies and tactical promotions to maximise
profitability and market share.
* Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing reviews to
ensure our propositions are compelling and competitive.
* Create and maintain commercial models, business cases, and pricing tools to
support decision-making.
* Manage product cost bases, working with suppliers and internal teams to identify
and deliver cost efficiencies.
Sales Enablement and Support:
* Act as the primary point of contact for our sales teams for all product-related
queries.
* Develop and deliver high-quality sales collateral, training materials, and product
documentation.
* Provide expert support on complex bids and tenders, helping to craft winning
commercial propositions.
* Champion your products internally and externally, ensuring the sales and marketing
teams are equipped and motivated to sell them effectively.
Go to Market:
* Own go to market planning, working with relevant teams to ensure successful
product launches, adoption, and growth.

Experience & Skills
* Experience in supporting and enabling sales teams to achieve commercial targets.

* A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership, who is able to balance competing priorities.
* An excellent communicator, capable of articulating concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

experiences.
