Title: Senior Architectural Designer
Location: Northwest of England

My client is an established market leader in Cleanroom Design and Build, partnering with world-leading organisations in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
* Detailed surveys
* Preparation of designs through RIBA design stages 15
* Preparation of design and work drawings
* Liaise with the client for requirements and outline designs
* Prepare construction specifications
* Management of documents for submission
* Design risk assessment preparation
* Check compliant quotations for all subcontract and materials
* Produce procurement schedules
Requirements
* HNC or equivalent in Building Studies or a related discipline
* Trained to a minimum standard of IoSH Managing Safely
* Turnley project experience, including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works
* Will have worked within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors preferably
* Construction of laboratories and cleanrooms is highly desired
* Will have a good understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD systems
* Will have the ability to generate commercial designs from working in industry
* Ability to liaise with senior personnel and client organisations
