The Role – IT Support Technician
Based at our Head Office in Northampton, you will provide telephone, email, MS Teams, and in-person IT support to 300 end users.
The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:
* Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
* Android
* MDM (Mobile Device Management)
* Gamma Horizon or other cloud-based telephony
* LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
* Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers
