The Role
This is a full-cycle delivery role where you are the heartbeat of every project. While the Client Executives handle the high-level strategy, the execution, the polish, and the "magic" belong to you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Scale & Variety: You’ll navigate a diverse portfolio, pivoting from nimble £10k activations to a massive flagship annual event with a budget exceeding £1.2M.
* The Full Journey: You’ll own the day-to-day pulse of your projects, managing client communications and ensuring every detail is nailed down.
* Creative Input: Love the pitch? You can get stuck into the creative tendering process. Prefer the logistics? You can focus purely on the art of delivery.
* On-Site Leadership: You won’t be stuck behind a screen. You’ll be on the ground, leading from the front and watching your hard work come to life in the real world.
* Commercial Mastery: We don’t just expect you to know it all; we provide dedicated budget training to help you master the commercial side of high-value event production.
Who You Are
We are looking for a project-focused mind with a "can-do" spirit. Whether you are an established PM or a high-performing Junior PM ready to step up, we want your energy.
* The Background: Ideally, you have agency experience. However, we are also keen to talk to client-side or corporate professionals who have managed in-house events and are hungry to break into the fast-paced agency world.
* The Skillset: You are organized, commercially savvy, and comfortable being the "face" of a project for your clients.
* The Vibe: You thrive in a boutique environment where your voice is actually heard and your impact is visible every single day.
The Rewards
* Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (with flexibility up to £45,000 for an exceptional candidate).
