About The Role
You will be working at our Kensington and Chelsea Depot, 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW.
You will be working 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break, however, start and finish times can be discussed at interview.
You will be earning £32,700, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ Benefits.
About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Contract Administrator to join our friendly contract management team in Kensington and Chelsea. You'll play an important part in supporting the smooth running of our services, contributing to high‑quality customer care, accurate contract administration, and strong relationships with local council officers. What will I be doing?
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the contract management team to provide an efficient and inclusive administrative support service. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day‑to‑day contract administration tasks such as placing orders, filing personal and health & safety documentation, and handling residents' enquiries.
Supporting accurate record‑keeping through database management, spreadsheets, and reporting.
Preparing daily missed‑collection reports and sharing information with internal teams and council officers.
Delivering excellent customer service by responding professionally and promptly to queries.
Contributing to a collaborative team culture focused on reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
