We are seeking to appoint a well‑qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Design and Technology and Art to join our Design and Technology faculty. In this post you will also be required to teach Food Technology and KS3 Art. This post could suit an Early Careers Teacher as well as a more experienced candidate. The successful candidate should have the personal drive and commitment to ensure that students continue to receive the best possible teaching that leads to successful outcomes.

* Degree level qualification in Design and Technology and Art or closely related
South Nottinghamshire Academy is an over‑subscribed 11‑18 school. In 2016, we moved into our £10 million brand new school and in January 2023, to meet the demand for school places locally, we moved into our new £2.6 million extension. We are located in the village of Radcliffe‑on Trent near Nottingham and in May 2022, we again secured a ‘Good’ Ofsted judgement in all areas of inspection, with an aspiration to become outstanding at our next inspection.
