Overview
Our client, a leading global law firm, is expanding its Motor Injury team and is seeking dedicated Fee Earners to manage a varied caseload of motor injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting top UK motor insurers.
The Role
* Handle motor injury claims from instruction through to conclusion
* Work on both pre-litigation and litigated cases
* Manage client relationships with insurers and claims handling companies
* Apply effective negotiation and litigation strategies
* Deliver high-quality client service and case management
Experience Required
* 1 year plus relevant legal experience
* Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor/motor recovery work
* Strong client-facing and case management skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proven negotiation skills
