Partnerships and Referrals Manager
to join our team and drive growth through strategic collaborations and innovative referral programs. This is a unique opportunity to build and nurture a network of premium lifestyle partners, directly contributing to our clients' exclusive experience.

The Role

As our Partnerships and Referrals Manager you will be the driving force behind our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing relationships with leading brands across the luxury, lifestyle, and professional services sectors. Your goal is to create a curated network of partners that adds exceptional value to our clients' lives.

This role is perfect for a natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset and a passion for creating win-win collaborations. You will have the autonomy to design and execute referral programs that drive growth from multiple channels, including our clients, corporate partners, and the partners you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Management


• Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic partners in the luxury, lifestyle, travel, home, childcare and many other sectors.


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact at BlckBx.


• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring they are commercially beneficial and aligned with our brand values.

Referral Program Design & Execution


• Design, launch, and manage multi-faceted referral programs.


• Develop creative incentives and rewards to drive participation and maximise referral conversions.


• Continuously monitor and optimise referral program performance to achieve growth targets.

Campaign Coordination & Activation


• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate joint campaigns, co-branded content, and exclusive events with partners.


• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure partnerships are commercially ready


• Ensure seamless execution of all partnership activations, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.

Performance Tracking & Reporting


• Track, analyse, and report on key partnership and referral metrics, providing actionable insights.


• Use data to measure the impact of your initiatives and inform future strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Background


• years of experience in partnerships, business development, operations or a related commercial marketing role.


• A proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.


• Experience in designing and executing successful referral or affiliate programs is highly desirable.

Skills and Mindset


• A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.


• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
