They are looking for a detail-focused Quality Controller (QC) to join their team and ensure that all produce leaving the site meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with fresh produce or food production experience who is passionate about quality and consistency. The Role As a Quality Controller, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards on site and ensuring products are ready for the UK’s leading retailers. Your responsibilities will include: Inspecting fresh produce for quality, consistency, and compliance Checking packaging, labelling, and product specifications Reporting any issues or non-conformances to management Supporting the Production and Line Leaders to maintain standards Accurately completing QC documentation and records Communicating effectively with colleagues across the site ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous experience in fresh produce, food production, or QC Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance Excellent attention to detail Clear communication skills and a proactive approach Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment ⭐ What’s in it for you?
