The Children and Young people * To actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the young people. * To report immediately any unsafe practices and conditions. * To provide consistency in the care delivery, promoting engagement with routines, and implementing positive boundaries and routines. * To lead and plan effective and efficient shifts including the planning and facilitation of activities. * To always be a positive role model for staff and the young people. * To engage in meaningful activities with the young people both in and out of the home to promote positive relationships. * To confidently support the young people with agreed strategies, demonstrating resilience, ensuring that the needs of the young people are met. * To deliver agreed work with the young people, in line with their plans and the home’s statement of purpose.
