Responsibilities
include:
1. Own and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
2. Guide cross-platform strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
3. Conduct prospect audits and build winning proposals
4. Develop media plans, forecasts, and ROI models
5. Write high-converting ad copy
6. Lead client comms with clarity and impact
7. Collaborate across SEO, design, and content teams for integrated delivery
The ideal candidate:
8. 3+ years recent agency-side PPC experience (essential)
9. Strong record in ecommerce and B2B lead gen campaigns
10. Expert-level Google Ads knowledge (certification preferred)
11. Confident with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
12. Skilled in GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
13. Strong copywriting, keyword, and landing page optimisation skills
14. Excellent pre-sales audit and proposal experience
15. UK-based, with ability to be in our London office 1 day/week
