Performance Manager
Salary: £47,000 per year + benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee service quality and performance within a healthcare environment. You will analyse data, manage KPIs, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure services meet contractual standards. This role plays a key part in performance reporting, contract governance, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage service performance against KPIs and contractual targets.
* Analyse data and produce performance reports for management and healthcare stakeholders.
* Investigate client complaints and provide recommendations.
* Work with operational and healthcare teams to resolve complex service issues.
* Support clinical governance and care initiatives.
* Monitor work orders and service thresholds through CAFM systems.
* Calculate monthly performance deductions and manage service availability reporting.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and organisational policies.
* Identify performance improvement and cost-saving opportunities using data insights.
* Contribute to leadership meetings and support service improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
* Experience managing KPIs and contractual performance.
* Background in healthcare, facilities management, or similar environments.
* Experience using CAFM systems.
* Strong data analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of HR policies and flexible working practices.
Vetting Requirements
This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and completion of an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
