The role
• Full time SEMH Teacher position
• Teaching pupils with SEMH and ASC
• Planning and delivering flexible and engaging lessons
• Supporting emotional regulation routines and positive behaviour
• Working closely with TAs and wider pastoral staff
We are looking for a SEMH Teacher who
• Holds QTSH, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• ECTs are welcome and fully supported
• Is calm consistent and emotionally aware
• Understands that behaviour communicates need
• Can set firm boundaries with warmth and fairness
• Has experience in SEMH PRU ASC or trauma informed settings or a strong interest in this area
