Sous Chef – Central Production Kitchen 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends on rota) We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment and enjoys a mix of hands-on cooking and kitchen leadership. What the role involves: 7am to 3pm shifts Predominantly Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work based on a rota Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and a small, friendly team Assisting with ordering, stock management, invoicing, and kitchen paperwork Upholding excellent health and safety and food standards About you: Experience in a production kitchen, contract catering, or events catering is beneficial, but not essential Strong organisational and communication skills A positive, energetic team player with a hands-on approach Growth & Development: You’ll have the opportunity to develop additional skill sets across our bakery and pastry sections for those keen to broaden their craft.
