Job Description
* Manage sales inbox enquiries and respond promptly to customers
* Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
* Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
* Prepare and process quotations, including supplier follow-ups
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer responses
