Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage diary coordination and meeting scheduling
* Prepare meeting agendas, management information and take structured minutes
* Track actions from meetings and follow up
* Support internal reporting preparation
* Assist in drafting internal communications
* Manage incoming calls and emails
* Maintain project cost trackers
* Update and maintain the CRM
Essential Skills
* Friendly and professional communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamGood attention to detail
