Conveyancing Assistant

Hours Per Week: Full time, 35 hours
My client is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Private Property team in the Lydney office, supporting a busy team of fee earners, who support their clients through a variety of residential property related transactions. To be their next Conveyancing Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:
* Prior experience of a property support role
* Dealing with SDLT forms and payments
* Completing applications to the Land Registry
* Strong administrator who is able to keep on top of time critical actions, support with file opening, corresponding with clients, file management, photocopying/ scanning and archiving
* Experienced using Microsoft Office, case management system and other relevant IT systems
Whilst this role is based in the Lydney office, there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners within the Private Property team based at other offices.
