We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, measuring men and boys to ensure correct fit of suits and promoting our products effectively.
Working Hours Monday - Saturday with a weekday of in lieu, 35-40 hours per week
Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
* Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries confidently
* Upsell relevant products and services to maximise sales opportunities
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
* Manage stock levels, organise stockroom areas, and assist with inventory checks
* Offer personalised advice to enhance the customer experience
* Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Support organisational tasks such as scheduling and maintaining sales records
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
Experience
* Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Strong communication skills in English
* Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
* Ability to engage with customers using friendly and professional phone etiquette
* Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
