Job Description:
Salary: £35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through their high and low moments. Our shift leaders help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. The role involves facing challenges but also celebrating small victories.
Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive outcomes. As a shift leader, you will support the staff team, ensure smooth operations, and potentially deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and leadership is essential.

* Salary: Base salary of £30,030 - £34,302
* Sleep-ins: Up to 4 per month, paid at £80 each (~£3,840/year), plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
