We opened our bespoke new care home in Royston in the Autumn of 2024.. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic adult qualified registered nurses to start our journey into nursing for older people in this wonderful new spacious and modern nursing care home. Quantum Care is a great place to work and with our new purpose built home, you won’t find a better working environment. Our dedicated staff currently provide wonderful care and they have real team spirit.

As a Nurse you will:
* Have a current NMC registration with evidence of CPD, as well as experience of working in a care home.
* Be responsible for achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members.
* Provide direction and nursing support for the care team.
* Provide the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs.
* Maintain high standards in all documentation and person-centred care plans.
* Have an awareness of regulatory and safeguarding standards and expectations with regards to the safety of vulnerable adults.
* Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations at all times.
