An international law firm is seeking an experienced corporate Associate to focus on matters within the energy sector. The firm have many Associates focusing on energy related transactions, and as a result they have the expertise and resources to handle major cross-border deals, no matter the jurisdiction or location.
The firm is now looking for a corporate Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, with a strong focus on the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, and be able to drive transactions forward with confidence.
Key Qualifications and Skills required:
1. Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years’ PQE gained in an international or national firm.
2. Extensive experience in corporate law, with expertise in the energy sector.
3. Strong drafting and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
