Job Summary: Streetworks Officer
Location: LiverpoolJob Type: Full-time (45 hours per week)
Role Overview: The Streetworks Officer will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance of street works operations. This includes monitoring closures, updating project management systems, and liaising with local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and action closures, ensuring timely updates.
* Maintain and update the Project Management Tracker.
* Update internal systems with job progress and permit information.
* Manage daily progress reports and notify relevant parties.
* Send daily closure notifications and liaise with local authorities.
* Input information from the Proposed Works Report into the internal system.
* Complete registrations and R1s within specified timeframes.
* Assist the compliance team with queries and maintain the system dashboard.
* Provide support in other business areas as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential:
o Ability to manage multiple work streams.
o Strong time management and communication skills.
o Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
o Effective team player and independent worker.
* Desired:
o Knowledge of NRSWA and Streetworks legislation.
Education:
* GCSE level education, including Maths & English, is preferable.
