What you’ll be doing
As a senior team member, you work closely with product owners, project managers, and the development team to enhance the team’s products and services. While primarily an individual contributor, you also mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and help prioritise and right-size work items to foster continuous improvement. Passionate about technology, you stay informed on industry trends and strategically evaluate technologies before adoption to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role includes designing and implementing software solutions using PHP, SQL, and JavaScript, developing automated tests, writing documentation, reviewing code changes, and improving the team’s development process. The team is relaxed, welcoming and has a casual vibe. The focus is creating excellent work and being totally open with each other to brainstorm the best ideas. What experience you’ll need to apply
* Previous experience working as a PHP Developer in a SaaS environment.
* 5 years of experience developing backend web applications.
* Javascript - (ES2015+).
* Experienced in Object-oriented, domain-driven design.
* Experience in automated testing.
* Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
* Cloud Native architecture.
* Experience mentoring other developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Drive to learn new skills and passionate about technology.
* Ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering exceptional results.
