Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of volunteers and staff
Drive donations and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and shop standards
Monitor performance, meet sales targets, and maximise Gift Aid opportunities
Create a positive, engaging, and innovative shop culture What We’re Looking For
Proven retail management or strong assistant management experience, ideally within charity or fashion
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Commercially focused with a creative approach to boosting income
Passionate about making a difference and engaging with the community
