We’re looking for a multi-talented Producer / Account Manager / Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and client service. Managing projects from pitch to audience analytics while ensuring a smooth and inspiring journey for everyone involved.
About the Role
You’ll be a key player in our production team. The main point of contact for clients, the engine behind production timelines, and the voice of calm on set. You'll work closely with our creatives, editors, animators, and crew to bring powerful video content to life.
You will gain a deep understanding of our client’s marketing goals and success metrics and inform them how we can help them achieve success.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Project Management: Oversee video and animation projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and internal workflows
* Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout each project
* Account Growth: You will be targeted with growing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell services, deepening client relationships, and aligning video strategies with the client’s evolving business goals.
* Producing: Coordinate shoots, source crew and locations, manage permissions, and ensure all aspects of production run smoothly.
* Strategic Input: Collaborate with our creative team to understand client goals and translate them into effective video content. Understanding B2B buying cycles and how video can move the needle for clients. Having an in-depth understanding of how YouTube and LinkedIn work as distribution channels
* Problem Solving: Anticipate production challenges and proactively find solutions
* Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet our high standards for creativity, clarity, and brand alignment
* CRM and account management software: You will be using our CRM and account management software to keep track of client’s requirements.

About You
You’re a proactive and positive professional who can confidently juggle multiple projects while keeping clients informed and teams inspired.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* 3+ years’ experience in video or marketing, preferably within an agency or production company
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Experience of working closely with brands on corporate content creation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A deep understanding of the production process (pre, shoot, and post)
* Client-facing experience, with the ability to lead meetings and manage feedback cycles
* A knack for solving problems and staying calm under pressure
* Bonus: Experience with learning and development, animation and/or working on employer brand content
