The Role
As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll help bring campaigns to life for millions of members. Reporting into the Lifecycle Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and delivering engaging CRM journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels using Braze.
You’ll:
* Build, schedule, and optimise automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns
* Write and edit engaging copy that drives clicks and conversions
* Create reusable templates and ensure designs are on-brand
* Support lifecycle journeys across onboarding, renewal, and win-back
* Manage tagging, segmentation, and dynamic content for personalisation
* Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and test plans
About You
* At least 1 year of CRM or email marketing experience
* Confident using a CRM platform such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe Campaign
* Comfortable writing short, clear, and engaging copy
* Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing multiple campaigns
* A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven business
