The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Multimedia Designer to join a dynamic in‑house design team based in East Sussex.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented multimedia professional with a passion for visual storytelling, motion graphics, and film production. The successful candidate will play a leading role in the conceptualisation, production, and delivery of engaging digital content across multiple sports brands and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with brand, marketing, sales, product, and design teams to create engaging multimedia content.
* Support the development of campaign concepts through research, trend analysis, and visual mood boards.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative direction for campaigns.
* Manage multimedia projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
* Plan, storyboard, and produce film and video content.
* Capture and edit video content in both studio and on‑location environments.
* Create motion graphics and animation assets to support campaign messaging and storytelling.
* Mentor and support junior creative team members where required.
* Maintain high creative standards across all digital and visual outputs.
Skills & Experience Required
* Significant professional experience within a multimedia, motion graphics, or creative design role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and motion design work.
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation.
* Practical experience using Mac‑based systems.
* Strong understanding of videography, including filming techniques and production processes.
* Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and problem‑solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced creative environment.
Desirable Skills
* Experience designing for web and digital platforms with knowledge of UX/UI principles.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Experience working on location shoots.
