Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing our products and services
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience
* Maintain the safety and security of the store, ensuring that shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate
* Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues
* Contribute to community activities and events
