Job Title: Global Logistics Executive Location: Heathrow Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (19:00 - 07:00) Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 The Role We are looking for an experienced Global Logistics Executive to support time-critical freight operations across Road, Air, and Sea during the night shift. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage urgent shipments with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage import and export shipments across Road, Air, and Sea freight. Complete freight bookings, AWBs, customs declarations, and transit documentation. Ensure all shipments, including AOG and critical aircraft parts, are delivered on time and in line with customer and regulatory requirements. Review and verify customs entries and shipping documentation. Provide customers with timely shipment updates. Source freight rates and routing options and prepare quotations. Ensure accurate job costing and supplier information is recorded within internal systems. Manage operational mailboxes and prioritise workload effectively. Follow operational procedures and compliance requirements at all times. About You Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, or another time-critical operational environment. Calm under pressure with the ability to manage urgent and high-priority shipments. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers, suppliers, airlines, agents, and internal teams. Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of making decisions independently. IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and freight management/customs systems. Full UK Driving Licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. Able to provide a 5-year checkable employment history. Right to work in the UK and no disqualifying convictions for airside operations.
