We are looking for a reliable and committed Domestic Assistant to join our team at Whitby Hospital on a permanent, part‑time basis.
· £12.92 per hour, £25,272.00 per annum, pro-rata
· 8 hours per week
· Thursday & Friday 7am - 11am - flexibility is requested to support other areas of the hospital when required, with notice. This may include working within the wider window of 7:00am–8:00pm on occasion.
· DBS check will be conducted, training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver a high‑quality cleaning service across NHS Property Services premises in line with:
1. NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual
2. Local policies, procedures, and cleaning schedules
This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients, colleagues and visitors.
