A happy and sociable young lady is looking for a PA/Support Worker to help support her both in her home and on some social outings.This young lady has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is a wheelchair user.The duties will include personal care, PEG feeding, administering medication, using hoist for transfers and some general domestic assistance as required.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance would be useful but is not essential.Someone who could afford a little flexibility with the shift times would be ideal.
The young lady will leave school in June this year and the shifts would then change.
PVG ( Protecting Vulnerable Groups) will be required
for successful applicant
