Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Asfordby for a Sales Support Coordinator. In this position, you will assist the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing customer orders from receipt of purchase order through to production, including order confirmations, proforma invoicing, artwork coordination, customer approvals and internal communication with both design and production teams.
You will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with production, logistics, and design teams to deliver quality products within deadlines. Attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in managing day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
* Proven experience in administrative assistance and maintaining accurate, organised records and schedules.
* Proficiency in using office software is essential.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in sales support or a related role is advantageous.
