The mission of this role is to manage and develop the sales team to ensure each sales territory delivers year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability, in line with targets set by the Board. Key Responsibilities Providing leadership, management, and accountability for a team of 18 employees Driving daily sales activity and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit targets Motivating and inspiring the sales team through positive leadership and short-term incentives Monitoring individual and team productivity to maximise performance Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capability Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to support professional growth Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values Providing weekly reports on performance, action items, and strategic initiatives to senior management Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Building a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board on performance, market opportunities, and risks About You Proven experience leading and developing large sales teams, delivering sustained revenue and profit growth A strong leadership style with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams End-to-end sales management expertise and a history of commercial success The ability to translate company objectives into actionable sales and marketing strategies Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making Empathy and relationship-building capabilities, alongside the confidence to hold others accountable A results-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset If you are a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and developing high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.
