Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst – Payroll & Benefits Location: Crawley, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office) Contract Duration: 6 months Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules. You will work with a leading UK-based organisation to review, optimise, and modernise payroll and benefits processes within Oracle Fusion HCM. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Crawley, UK.
