Our client is looking for a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing and forward-thinking manufacturing team. Responsibilities as an Manufacturing Engineer in Whitstable. Support NPI Projects with robust process design and technical input. Assist in risk analysis activities such as DFMEA and PFMEA. Identify and implement process and equipment solutions, including supporting automation integration (robotics, PLC/HMI, vision systems, conveyors, assembly/test automation). Design and validate tooling, fixtures and workstations. conduct prototype and pre-production builds. Support cost-benefit and ROI assessments for automation projects and define key performance metrics. Assist in PPAP activities.
