Your interpersonal skills set you apart. You understand not just what your customer wants, but how they feel. You ask the right questions, explain your fixes, and ensure customers can continue with their day. You’re ready for anything—there for your customers anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and well-informed.
* A dedicated learner: Absorbing knowledge on the road and in structured learning settings to become a fully-fledged patrol.
* A self-starter: Working independently and collaboratively, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, enabling customers to get on with their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have Category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
