In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
* Provide knowledgeable information about products
* Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display
* Handle transactions accurately using our card provider Sum Up
* Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance
Skills
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
* Organisational skills to maintain a tidy stall and manage stock efficiently
* Experience in merchandising to create attractive product displays
* Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques
* Basic knowledge of football is essential
