SALT is looking for a freelance Paid Search Manager to work with one of our agency partners to take ownership of client SEM campaigns. You'll work across industries like travel, e-commerce and high-growth start-ups, managing 3–5 accounts to start with, and developing strategies that drive measurable results.
* Fully remote working from the UK
* Circa £275 - £300 per day, outside IR35
The role
* Lead paid search strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple client accounts
* Collaborate with account teams handling project management, comms and paid social
* Analyse performance data to generate insights and recommendations
* Balance creativity and analytics to solve complex challenges in high-consideration markets
What we're looking for
* 3+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads, ideally agency-side
* Comfortable managing both small and large budgets across B2B & B2C
* Strong grasp of Google Analytics, GTM, UTM building and tracking best practices
* Confident client-facing communicator with strategic thinking skills
