What You’ll Be Doing You will work alongside teaching staff to provide classroom-based support to pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs. We’re seeking individuals who are: Calm and dependable Confident and positive role models Flexible across different school settings Strong communicators who work well within a team Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care settings is advantageous but not essential.
