<div><h3>Registered Domiciliary Care Manager</h3><p>Location: Swindon</p><p>Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (progression and client development earnings)</p><p>Hours: Full-Time</p><p>Contract: Permanent</p><p>Sponsorship: Not available</p><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service</li><li>Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards</li><li>Lead, manage, and develop care and office-based teams</li><li>Maintain and grow local authority relationships, particularly with Wiltshire County Council</li><li>Support business development by bringing new clients on board</li><li>Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across the service</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care</li><li>Strong working knowledge of local authority commissioning, particularly Wiltshire County Council</li><li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (attained or working towards)</li><li>Full UK driving licence — essential</li><li>Must live and work within Wiltshire — essential for client development</li><li>Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills</li></ul><h3>The Service</h3><p>Domiciliary care</p><p>Approximately 1,000 care hours per week</p><p>Mix of local authority and private packages</p><p>Predominantly local authority funded</p><h3>Commutable Areas</h3><p>Swindon, Chippenham, Devizes, Marlborough, Calne, Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett and surrounding areas.</p></div>
