Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage client beauty brand work as part of a dedicated service team, reporting to the Account Director. You will be the voice of the client internally, taking briefs and asking questions, upselling and looking for new opportunities within the brands you already work with. You will have great commercial awareness, highlighting additional opportunities with clients to extend the company services and offering where possible. We need someone with relevant industry experience who will fit with the team, confident and able to communicate effectively at all levels both with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
* Main day to day point of contact for all allocated brands, handling and coordinating information externally to internal teams to execute and ensure the smooth running of projects.
* Development of strong client relationships.
* Keep up to date with client business activities so you are well informed and best placed to deal with enquiries and new opportunities.
* Assist with quotes for new and existing contracted or business-as-usual activity.
* Highlight areas where relationships with clients can be developed and support with expanding opportunities.
* Ensure excellent service is given, with budget awareness and the client's expectations are managed across the business.
* Assist with client retention, highlighting to relevant internal stakeholders where issues might arise, and present ideas for risk mitigation.
* Arrange and attend meetings, progress calls and events with allocated clients.
* Ensuring projects and services are delivered to clients on time and within budget.
* Report account activity/invoicing to Directors.
* Administer project information onto project management systems.
* Responsible for arranging business wide project kick-off meetings.
* Collaborate with all business functions, design, commercial and project management, manufacturing and finance to ensure the smooth flow of the project through the business.
* Internal and client prototype meetings, production first-off sign-offs.

Qualifications
* Previous Account Manager/Exec role within POS.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
