Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
HLTH Group, the UK’s leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions, is proud to be recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead Williamson Care, our newly acquired children’s residential home in Wirral, Merseyside. This is a permanent opportunity to drive meaningful change and help shape a high-quality, stable, and nurturing service for young people.
As part of an exciting turnaround project, the successful candidate will benefit from the full backing of HLTH Group, along with the dedicated support of the Williamson Care Senior Leadership Team — a group of professionals with specialist backgrounds in children’s residential care, education, social work, HR, and finance.
This role is ideal for an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on a rewarding challenge within a well-supported environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real difference, with a strong infrastructure behind you.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a 3-bedded EBD Children’s Residential Home
- Provide stability, guidance, and leadership to a dedicated team
- Shape and develop the service to meet the highest standards of care
- Oversee growth and support future business development
- Experienced Manager with a proven track record in children’s residential care
- Passionate about providing stability, leadership, and high-quality care
- Strong in EBD service management with a drive for improvement
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment
